Recurring:
Means that we will set with you a SCHEDULED and PREDICATBLE schedule where the consultant can come in and perform their IT services.

Proactive: Means that WE take the first step to call you in case of problems as we are monitoring your servers, routers, and even desktops in certain cases. Proactive is also recurring meaning that we schedule a recurring time for the Consultant to come in and perform maintenance on your system

Reactive: Means that you call us in case of an issue

  • Standard Wiring/Cabling of Voice and DATA (CAT3, CAT 5, CAT6)
  • In house repair of Desktop PCs (Hardware and Software)

BLOCK OF TIME:

You can save by buying service in BLOCKS.
Blocks are much like a Telephone Card – the minutes never expire till you use them
There are NO contracts

  • Sales Tax will be added to above price

Hourly and Blocks are subject to these fees and schedules:

Monday through Friday: 8AM to 5:00PM x 1 (Standard Time)
After 5:00PM any week day: x 1.5 (Time and a half)
Week-ends and Holidays: x 2.0 (Double Time)
   
Week-end rates (double time) start at 5:01 on Friday
On Site Support: 1 Hour Minimum first Hour, 15 minutes after 1 Hr.
Cell or regular phone support  15 minutes minimum. 15 minutes blocks thereafter
Web Development or changes: 1 Hour Minimum first Hour, 15 minutes after 1 Hr.
Remote VPN, Terminal Services 15 minutes minimum. 15 minutes blocks thereafter
Email Support: 15 minutes minimum. 15 minutes blocks thereafter
